Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. This gives you ample time to ensure your Brightroom products fit perfectly in your space and meet your organizational needs.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused and undamaged
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product categories and design principles, the following items cannot be returned for hygiene and quality assurance reasons:
- Personalized or custom-made organizational items from our Home and Office collections
- Opened food storage containers from our Kitchen & Dining category
- Used desk organizers with signs of wear from our School & Office Supplies
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale events

We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days. - Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. - Ship Your Return

Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.
Refund Information
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method:
- Credit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal Refunds: 3-5 business days to process
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
